Don’t use it.
Impanima restaurant was horrible. Only two guy walking around with meat sticks for a whole 100 seat restaurant. By the time they come by with sqewers your full from the food from the buffet by the time the next cut of meat comes around.
There are workers and their golf carts all over the driving all over the guest walkways. I think hotel should have service roads for workers.
I think Hard Rock Punta Cana food is a bit lackluster.
It can use international consultants to teach the resorts chef how to cook their internationally tailored
Foods. It’s a 4 star property at best that can use
a little American Hard Rock Hotel management.
People serving food need to wear gloves when handling food.

El transporte, ya que tardaban mucho en llegar a la parada y esperaba alrededor de 15 minutos en esperar un transporte para ir al lobby

Me gusto la Organización e higiene en todas las areas, la comodidad en la playa y el Buen servicio en el bar de la Guagua el cual esta Muy bien equipado y el servicio excepcional. un 10 de 10.
No, me gusto el trato, orden y manejo de la persona que me atendio a mi llegada puesto que al momento de registrarme no me dio ningun servicio ni explicacion de las areas asi como nada de las que entiendo son bonos para visitar el casino y menos de que tendria que pagar extra por hacer uso de la Disco Oro lo cual fui con mis acompañantes y hasta alla no pude consumir nada puesto que me dicen debia pagar US 27.00 dolares por trago.

La comida , las atenciones del personal, el kid club, las atenciones allí son muy buenas usted puede dejar a sus niños con toda seguridad de que estaba bien atendiendo. El parque acuático, las actividades nocturnas y que en sentido general es un hotel de primera.las atenciones a la habitación también son estupendas.

La habitación. El chico de recepción muy amable se llamaba Carlos ( Laura Pausini).
El personal del restaurante libanés. Las meseras del restaurante eran muy antipáticas y descortés, incluso el primer día que llegamos al hotel a mi hijo se le volteó un vaso de refresco y la mesera que era una alta, morena se molestó y no nos ayudó , ni siquiera tuvo empatía ni una servilleta nos ofreció. Entiendo que están cansadas porque son muchas personas que atienden, pero uno vacaciona para sentirse bien y relajarse, no para que lo traten con menosprecio.

Tiene playa con mucho oleaje, ya lo sabía pero la verdad es que uno siendo de Chile piensa que nada sería peor que las playas de acá, pero la verdad es mucho el oleaje, muy seguidas y no da para bañarse tranquilo. Además en septiembre época de huracanes, harta lluvia nos tocó agua no tan cristalina. Clima muy bueno eso si.
La atención del personal no fue la esperada... si no dejas propina siempre, no atienden de buena forma.

A paisagem é incrível, as piscinas, um lugar realmente muito bonito.
Não gostei da comida, muito industrializada e sem tempero, não gostei das posturas dos funcionários do hotel comigo, sempre fazendo muitas perguntas do porque eu estava viajando sozinha, fui questionada em absolutamente todos os lugares que frequentei dentro do hotel (restaurantes, bares, piscina, check-in) foi muito desagradável. A limpeza do quarto após o serviço de quarto deixou a desejar, o chão permanecia sujo, as toalhas não foram trocadas, fora que o ar condicionado do quarto não funcionou adequadamente, ficou travado em 18°, não aumentava a temperatura e nem desligava. O transporte dentro do hotel, com os carrinhos de golf, também não funcionou como prometido, às vezes o carrinho não parava no ponto, os funcionários não eram receptivos, no check in também não foi oferecida a possibilidade de alugar um carrinho, e isso faz toda a diferença. Enfim, foi bem decepcionante.

El hotel tiene mucha diversidad muy amplío buena ubicación . Muy buena comida excelente, comodidad . Muchas piscinas bonitas y grandes y muchos restaurantes , un buen lugar para pasar unos días descansando con toda la comodidad .
Algunos empleados con relación al servicio deben de ser más empaticos y simpáticos , algunas situaciones que vimos mostraron poca atención y amabilidad , y el buen servicio en un hotel debe de ser uno de los aspectos que más se destaquen por la competencia .y aquí deben de mejorarlo

Jeffrey (front line mgr) is awesome! Regretfully, he only has so much reach and scope to impact a family's stay. The cleaning staff and coffee station folks are very friendly and helpful.
The pool staff are rude and unhelpful. There is a male pool employee (Plesume - spelling?) who works with Jonathan at the Moon pool towel hut. This gentleman needs to be career pathed to a non-customer contact area. We observed his rude, and abrasive approach with several families, including ours.
The quality of food was just "okay" ... given the prices paid, the food should be higher quality and more variety please.

Property is too big shuttle is unreliable most staff seem like they did not want to be there.On our arrival we were directed to take a shuttle to our room we had two different shuttle drivers completely ignore my wife trying to ask if we were on the right shuttle.The food was nothing to write home about.The food was bland the meats way overcooked and there was a lot of food contamination. I personally saw multiple cooks use the same tong to handle raw chicken while also cooking chicken.The worst part was the air conditioner was inefficient.The temperature in the room stayed between 74 F and 78 F the whole week after 4 technicians had come to fix the unit.

Our Butler Leonel was amazing. He never told me no, went way above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. I would send him a pic of where we wanted to spend the day and he would reserve the pool or beach spot with towels and our name and send me back a pic when it was ready. He had food delivered to us on the beach and at the pools when we asked. My wife asked for a magical night in the spa tub on the deck with strawberries, champagne, flower petals, candles, etc. One text and he made it happen. The bartenders at Toro were the best. All 3 of them were great guys, lots of fun, and made the perfect espresso martinis, along with the rest of the drinks. Osvaldo was our favorite guy and took good care of us. We ate at Toro 3 nights in a row. Best steaks and sides, as well as atmosphere and service. Overall, amazing trip with beautiful facilities and so many things to do and choose from.
We got food poisoning at Impanema. 3 out of 4 from our group spent the last day in the room very ill. The theater shows were a bit of a let down. They were entertaining and the staff tried really hard. I expected more from Hard Rock considering their budget and reputation. Our server at Zen was extremely rude. I don't think he realized it till the end and he apologized as we were leaving.
