The location is great, the pool clean, beautiful and comfortable. Staff wonderful, especially Miladys, always solves any kind of issue with pleasantness and calm way; then Ricky and Ivan, great too.
Nice beach, soft send, nice view.
Only the fact that it’s not emphasized what do you really pay. Keep in mind its price, plus taxes and charges (fixed), plus electricity (how much you spent, which is fairly calculated). So, three things, staying plus taxes plus electricity. Actually this is usual for Punta Cana, I realized.
Grass should be cleaned more from the sea, but then it’s even in the most expensive resorts, too…

The apartment was magnificent. Was comfortable and had an awesome view. The staff was outstanding and truly showed how much they cared for you to have a great stay.

They charge for the electricity. This is the first time in my traveling history. I’m paying separate electricity bill

Horrible condition of the apartment. It was stinking, broken handles of doors, pool was empty and closed.
Not clear how the management of this complex even thinks of letting people stay in this conditions.
