The size! Is perfect not too big not too small.
Beautiful everywhere! Lobby, gardens, pools, buffet, the room.. all decor is exquisite. And the food great and staff soooo nice!!
Really nothing! I have been many times and will keep going!

Good location, nice beach ( albeit it was seaweed season)
Good size room
Beautiful gardens and nice animals/ birds on the site.
Staff can be quite slow/ dont understand English.
A lot of issues in the buffet- first night asked for a coke and beer 4 times, was there 45 mins and none brought.
They don't clean/ set the properly during breakfast buffet and times had to find my own cups/ cutlery from another table.
A child smashed a glass on the floor and I Observed it for 20 mind no one bothered to clear it up or even place a sign , despite shards of glass all over the floor.
In the Mexican restaurant arrived on time , but the receptionist left us waiting 30 mins as she forgot we were there, once inside staff were not great as getting use served on time and missed out part of my meal. Again took 3 attempts to sort that as first 2 people could not speak English.
The AC in the room was very noisy and sounded like a 2 stroke motorbike engine, and would often shut off unless the sliding door was closed in a very specific way.
The WiFi on site and in the room was quite patchy.
The buffets were ok, and the la carte restaurants were too, I never really any food I was amazed by on this vacation or cared to take a picture of.
Lastly the gym is small and only opens at 8 am which is far too late, I've never seen this in any hotel I've travelled too anywhere in the World.

The beach access and the pools
Not having AC the first two nights, and some of the staff was rude.
