Clean with plenty of amenities. Food was great

The staff were friendly & made it a great stay overall.
The isn’t any real air flowing through the normal check in lobby, the lines were a bit slow and disorganized. We got there at 1pm and had to wait until 3pm to check in and the lobby was hot. The original room we got was in the “ regular suites “ so the air conditioning wasn’t working properly the room was hot I had to call it in. We also had to call in that the phone in the room wasn’t calling out and had no directions on the phone, which wasn’t helpful. There were many mosquitoes in the room it became distracting and uncomfortable, the bed was only made with regular bed sheets so there was no comforter in which was a bit odd. I didn’t like that u had to reserve in order to dine at the platinum restaurants I didn’t get to eat at some of the places because it was already booked which made the purchase of upgrading pointless at times some of the food not all were a bit undercooked and pink I’m guessing because of the demand. Long story short we had to upgrade our room to get better air conditioning and cleaner rooms , and enjoy the platinum perks. My advice GET THE PLATINUM STAY.

Pricing on certain services and the people hounding you to go on extracurricular activities, it was very annoying
