Prestation de qualité dans un hôtel récent ,avec un emplacement exceptionnel pour le calme et la vue

Le Royal Neptune étant finalement fermé en cette période (Novembre),nous avons été accueillis au Royal Blue , juste à côté et faisant partie du même groupe hôtelier , de même standing à priori. Très grande chambre , récente et très qualitative.L'environnement et les infrastructures sont top. Possibilité pour les +de 16ans de profiter d'une piscine intérieure. Le petit-déjeuner et le dîner sous forme de buffet sont trés variés et de qualité. Très bon choix d'hôtel si vous voulez être au calme à Lapad.

Excellent property great service

This is a five star property will all the facilities and in off season offers superb value for money. Top notch product and services .

Location is a bit away from the old town but has connectivity. Also does not have a beach front though it’s sea facing .

Excellent would go back.

Huge breakfast selection. Tasty. Location excellent short bus ride to pile gate. Bus stop easy access. Lovely promenade walk.

Upgrade surprise

I was upgraded on arrival to the sister hotel, Royal Princess, which was fantastic. But it shares facilities with the Royal Neptun.

First couple vacation in Dubrovnik

The hotel was very spacious, with enough natural sunlight. The room was large with a large double bed, large and comfortable balcony. They were cleaned properly every day. Also the bathroom and wardrobe were impressively large, as well. The bed, pillows and blankets was impressively soft and comfortable. Climate control was working perfectly. I can confidently say, that everything looked like its brand new. There was excellent internet connection over Wi-Fi in the room, on the hotel private beach, bar, actually everywhere in the facilities of a hotel complex. The staff were very friendly, amazing people and helped with everything we asked. When we were there, the hotel restaurant offered us a different dinner theme every evening. I can remember pasta and barbeque dinners, when the food was freshly cooked in front of us. We even had the option to ask for something to be cooked for us. For example a "spaghetti bolognese" or other type of pasta. Тhere was also enough variety at breakfast. The staff there was also very kind and responsive. And in the end about the hotel, I will not be able to describe you the beautiful sunset you can watch from the balcony of the restaurant where there is also enough tables to find a place to eat and watch this nature beaty. Also in the city there is lots of attractions you can try or visit. Ex: Old town, One day boat trip to some of the near islands, cable car which gives you the opportunity to see the city from above etc. I may have forgotten something but we were too impressed by the hotel and the city of Dubrovnik.

Expensive but well worth it.

Very impressive in all respects. Fantastic views. Very high levels of cleanliness and maintenance. Easy access to old town. Nice breakfast. Vg pools and gym.

Good gluten free breakfast except for the bread which wasn't good. Lovely location on the sea.

Food and drinks very expensive but that seems to be Dubrovnik in general

Could not sleep

Cleaning Friendly staff

I could not sleep The fan from the bathroom and air condition Would not stop working, the whole night long. Called reception had no answer. Even if you take out card for the electricity still does not stop. I think that the reception controlled it. We only stayed one night and booked another Hotel. Thank you Apart from that it was ok. Many swim pool. Enjoyed breakfast. Spa facilities was fine. Used the sauna. You need to ask them to turn it on. Again the staff tried the best

Hotel resort near Dubrovnik

Nice hotel/resort with lots of choice of pools and beach front. The views were stunning and we had a lovely cocktail on the roof bar watching the sun go down. Good breakfast and buffet dinner.

Just to be helpful for those who don't know the dalmatian coast, the beach is rocky so bring appropriate footwear but totally worth it for a dip in the crystal clear sea.

Forget about the prices and just enjoy the amazing szenerie.

Amazing location. Super clean and very well kept after The cleaning staff did an amazong job

Very pricy drinks. Even Water or fizzy drinks start at 5€. No shop on facilitie ( for books, suncream, postcards….) The staff at the restaurants/bars where quite inefficient and not very friendly.

Fabulous stay which far exceeded our expectations!

On arrival we were asked to go up to the Royal Princess hotel where we were checked into an upgraded suite! What a wonderful surprise this gorgeous apartment was, my husband and I had the best stay ever 😁 Thank you Royal hotels, our holiday was a delight from start to finish. Breakfast was excellent, pool facilities were great and the happy hour cocktails went down a treat!

beautiful lavash comfortable stay

the property was beautiful and had the best resort area. Swimming pools all up against the dramatic rocky shoreline, it was great for a summer vacation. The beds were very comfortable and the facilities were accessible

I wish that the restaurants food reflected the price. Prices were high for mediocre food

Fabulous , we loved it here .

Location was fab , right on the sea with beds available along the rocks beside the pool / bar area . The hotel was very well kept and room was very clean and comfortable . Also it was very close to Dubrovnik but with the benefit of not being in the busy city .

Exceptional

Breakfast was amazing and location was superb. Everything was great to be honest. Room was great and had a lovely sea view. Plenty of pools available and sunbeds too.

Fabulous setting. Easy to get to centre by bus which stops outside. Excellent breakfast buffet.

Fabulous setting overlooking the bay. Bus to Dubrovnik just outside- 2 euros for a 25min journey excellent value. Good breakfast buffet.

Everything was perfect. We enjoyed every minute of our stay at the hotel. The rooms are clean and tidy, and the food is delicious and varied.
