We really liked the layout of all the different pools and access to the sea. It allowed us to mix up the experience without getting bored by a single spot.
We didn't have a view and asked every day to be changed but the staff and management weren't really interested in helping or finding us a better room. There is still a tendency of guests to capture sun-beds early in the day and not use them. It really is a terrible practice and makes it less enjoyable for a guest who really wants to use a sun-bed for a limited amount of time. The hotel should actively discourage this, as there are normally dozens of sun-beds unoccupied but "taken" by people leaving a towel on them for the entire day!

Location was excellent. Views were amazing. Very comprehensive facility. Well maintained.
Property was quite large so elevators were busy but workable.

The location
Receptionist was so rude on arrival and departure - she needs some customer service training! We were contemplating staying another night but she put us right off ! Food was poor also! Would not return
