Good comfortable room. Wifi. Decent location 7 min walk from Brussels North station. Window with view. Air conditioning
No iron in room. Small lobby area, seemed bigger in the pictures.

The room was very nice; it had three beds, and every day they changed our towels and made the beds. Even though it was facing the street, the neighborhood is very quiet, it’s mostly office and hotel areas. We would have liked to have a small fridge to store water or a few other things.
There were a lot of people around the area using drugs or asking for money or cigarettes. It didn’t feel very nice to walk alone, or even in a group. Since it’s close to Brussels‑North, there are people in the surroundings who can make you feel a bit unsafe.

It’s walkable distance from station , provides basic amenities and staff is prompt. Breakfast was good as well
The bathroom was not clean , I had to go to the front desk to get someone to clean the stains on the toilet as no phone in room. The area in front of the hotel gets filled with a rowdy crowd drinking and doing drugs in the evening so not very safe if you are alone. The walls are thin and I could hear the people in the next room
