Staff were welcoming and accommodating an early check in. Able to leave bags at the hotel after checking out of the room. Great location near a train stop. So close to restaurants and site seeing. Loved the bar across the street.

Location
Too old, very different than others citadines.

The location! Just outside the metro station and near the center of the city.
The staff was great.
We had free coffee which we absolutely appreciated.
No WiFi on the room.
We booked a double bed and we got twin beds.
The room was a attic on the top floor.
Lack of communication before the stay.
The facilities on the room, like the kitchen facilities, the AC, wasn't as we expected and as we saw on the photos.
