My stay at the Hotel & Aparthotel Casteau Resort Mons Soignies was generally satisfactory, easy travel from there to NATO SHAPE Headquarters.
The lack of an elevator significantly affected my experience. My room was on the second floor, which meant carrying multiple heavy bags up and down the stairs.
This is especially problematic for business travelers transporting presentation materials, demonstration equipment, or other items that are considerably heavier than ordinary luggage. The hotel should clearly disclose the absence of an elevator before arrival and, whenever possible, offer ground-floor rooms to guests traveling with multiple bags or business equipment.

Everything with the accommodation was exceptional. The check in/out process was very innovative and easy. Cleanliness was perfect. View and sound of the ocean was amazing. Wifi was easy.
Parking was a little different but not the end of the world.
