The reception they are friendly and helpful
The location it's was dangerous for us they broke our car, and they stole a bank card and car key and documents. i hopefully the hotel has private parking more spaces for next time .

Kids loved the bunk beds.
Terrace and common room pleasant.
Access to fridge v helpful.
Very nice little microbrewery over the road.
Easy walk from station and 15 mins into centre
Kids found some of the cartoon characters a bit creepy.
Fairly rough area. Nothing much if used to London but fair few homeless in the area.
Games room a bit meh!

The rooms are quite spacious and comfortable for a large family. Is quite cleaned and well entertained.
Location is terrible. The area is simply horrible, impossible to walk around, with a continuous feeling of insecurity and risk. On the hotel side, bathtub was not operating OK and we had to insist 2 days in a row for it to be fixed. Breakfast was pricey for the quality and diversity it provided.
