the Italianway has to be banned from Booking

the place around is really calm and beautiful

the property looks arranged to create issues to the guest in order to pay later a lot of money as damages: the parquet has scratch and I was charged for those scratches, I leave a simple dirty spot in the fridge and on the bed covers after 3 weeks of stay and a lot of money paid: I was charged 200 euro after a long negotiations

Great apartment, but bad service

The apartment itself is really good, recently renovated, everything is new and it is nice to be there. It is spacious, with a big balcony and small back yard. The bed was comfortable with two type of pillows - memory foam and usual one. It has individual heating system. You can switch it on/off any time and pipes become hot. So you won't be cold there. Wifi is stable and strong. There is a big golf fields across the street and you can play or just take a walk there

Some pots on the kitchen are heavily scratched. When we asked to change them, the host refused. There is no kettle, neither electric nor usual. There was no kitchen sponge, dishwashing solution etc. You need buy everything. The balcony area is badly maintained. All flower pots have died long time ago and it is sad looking on them It would be great to add some outside barbecue. The location is really far from everything . The communication with host was awful. She badly responded the calls and replied in WhatsApp with a big delay. Also, host barely speaks English. The check in process wasn't smooth. You need arrive by car (10 min) in the other village and take the keys. Firstly, host mixed something up and gave us wrong keys and wrong directions. We're lucky that we managed to discover it just on the spot so we hadn't to come back again. When we arrived, it was already late and it was treaky to find the doors we needed (despite the instructions which were given to us). All the doors look the same with no numbers . When we asked the host to come and help us check in, because it is late and we are with a small baby, she refused.

Good

if you love the italian mountain air, this is the place for you, surrounded by mountains and simple country life. a bit remote from the small village (4 minutes by car) in a very quiet place. not far from Lugano with a few very winding roads you can reach the sights, Switzerland or Italy. the apartment was equipped with the most necessary.

You have to pick up the key to the apartment yourself at the hotel (travel time by car about 8 minutes) and bring it back. what to consider when checking out
