Nice hotel near Umeå centre, given somewhat walkable size of city centre, you could say hotel is there. A very warm and friendly reception. Nice lobby with bar, somewhat dark, but cosy for relaxed evening chats. Walkable distance from anywhere. Classic breakfast selection in a lovely breakfast room with huge windows offering nice busy street view from above and surrounding buildings. Cosy room with comfy bed, tv set, kettle and bathroom. Our package included dinner, but choice was limited, yet it's a nice gesture from a hotel. We booked online a paid parking in adjacent indoor parking lot, which I do recommend given limited parking options around.
Struggle with a tv remote, maybe batteries.

Like the hotel location and overall experience. Just stayed for a night, had a late check in and missed out on the evening dinner. Breakfast was okay.
The room was too small for a family of 3. Felt it was overpriced for the room size.

Good location very cenntral And the dinner was included and after a long way to Umea it was perfect if you tired and you don’t want to go out it’s perfect
