The swimming pool was not easy to reach and the malls not very close to the hotel and it will be great if they use their own toktok every 30:00 minutes instead of every one hour.

Centrally located to malls and eateries
Beautiful ambience and kind staff
Our room had a leaking tap on the sink which pooled water all over the vanity. Called reception and a plumber was called who did something and said it had been fixed but upon using the sink it was still leaking.
Had a meal in the restaurant in the lobby which was disappointing. Our food came out warm nearly cold, when we returned it to the kitchen to took forever to come back. It was two of us dining, asked for water and were given a small bottle and one glass. The waitress was literally running around the restaurant frantically and when we asked her why she was rushing around she stated she was the only waitress on duty, by the way there were no more than 10 people in the restaurant. When we complained about the service we were given a rushed “we are so sorry” . I would not recommend this restaurant
