The location great we walked easily to all places of intrest.staff very helpful and friendly, rooms clean. Basic and what is to be expected
Needs to be clearer on just how small the bathroom is and its proximity to sleeping space. Basically a cupboad with sliding doors. Would benifit from a kettle and basic tea coffee in the rooms.Would expect this in any basic accomodation.

The location was great, facilities were decent for the price. Our room was clean and had everything we needed.
The breakfast was very basic, next time i wouldn’t bother adding it to our booking.

Convenient location. Walking distance to main attractions and metro station. Lounge and balcony available for use for guests. One of the staff members has a friendly dog who is often in the lounge. Supermarkets and restaurants nearby. Clean room and common areas. Good wifi signal. The receptionist was friendly and approachable. Air conditioned room. The shower had good water pressure even though I was on the top floor. There is also a stairlift up to the first floor for anyone who has accessibility needs.
The building doesn't have a lift.

The location
It was an odd smell from the bathroom our first room, but when we let the reception know they didn’t hesitate to change it. No fridge on the rooms. Minimal communication from the receptionist, doesn’t appear to all but a smile and a greeting doesn’t hurt. Other than that OK.
