An amazing apartment, great location and spectacular view!

This spacious, well equipped apartment has the most spectacular views. It is well located with easy access to the beach. It had everything we needed for a great stay. And did I mention the VIEWS!!

This property is perfect for all !! Its close to all things you want and need that being the beach ,Cavill ave, restaurants, and your own facilities at the property are very very good . Pool area great sun coverage and if its too cold just pop to the indoor pool. I have stayed in many places on the Gold coast and this one is right up there and would have no hesitation in booking again. Special thanks to Nan at Raine and Horne all made all transition smooth and easy . Thanks to all Cheers Craig and Family

Conveniently located property in the heart of Surfers Paradise. Easy walking distance to beach, shops and restaurants. Complex was great for the kids with pools, play equipment and a basketball hoop. Spacious apartment with a large balcony and an amazing view.

The apartment was lovely, amazing view and close to everything.

Location was excellent with the best views from this spacious, 39th floor apartment. With views from practically every room, this large apartment has everything you’d need although the decor and furniture is somewhat dated and some paintwork needs attention. Although there was an under sink water leak, it was repaired the same day it was reported. Cleaning also could be improved but a vacuum cleaner is available. Carpet in the second bedroom was stained and a towel rail came off the wall in the ensuite. But the spaciousness, fabulous views and central location and reasonable cost would have us return. WiFi was easy to connect and good. The basement car park was poorly signed, cramped and the security unnecessarily complicated and was the worst part of the complex.

Stay was a lovely place to stay myself and family enjoyed it.

We absolutely loved our stay. The unit is huge, which we really appreciated. It also has everything you could need. Loved the view & location. Will definitely be back!!!

We stayed for a few days in February, wish it was longer, apartment was beautiful, comfy and the location was amazing. The view from daytime to night was stunning. If I ever get the chance to come back to Australia I would definitely rebook. 🇦🇺

We had the pleasure of staying here with our 2 kids during the week leading up to Easter. Fabulous facilities & location, with everything you could ever want at your doorstep. The apartment was very well equipped for either short or extended stays, it catered for our needs easily. Would recommend this apartment to anyone looking for either a relaxing or busy scheduled holiday - it caters for all. We’ll be back to spend more relax time looking out to the ocean...... Access was very easy, and communication prior to our arrival was great - thanks Stephanie! On a constructive criticism note, the apartment is overdue for a spring clean. It was clean & tidy for our stay, but there are things that need attention outside of the normal cleans that are done after each group has enjoyed it. However they didn’t affect our time there, and we understood that this is a slightly older (but very well looked after) complex. We are now planning our next stay at this apartment - can’t wait!

This is the second time we’ve stayed in this building. The views are great. The beach is only across the road and all the main shops are only a few minutes walk away.

Location is superb for anyone wanting to be close to Cavill Av and Beach. Loved my walks along the Esplanade out to Southport. Cafe just down towards Cavill Ave called Tower 34 juice has fantastic food and fresh juices and excellent coffee. Some pretty good food spots to experience although the BBQs at our accommodation were fantastic. Accommodation are having works done but not causing any major concerns for holiday makers. We had 99% friendly people that were obviously permanent residents although be careful of one elderly lady who does not like to speak only stare and give foul looks at our 2.5 yr old. Accommodation was great and perfect for family or 2 couples. Suggestions would be , a professional clean, extra pillow cases ( I had none on 2 pillows ), supplying beach towels ( families that fly up cannot pack beach towels, ( to heavy) ) Stroller for infants ( I left one there for use ) I realise that the ladies in the office are not there to assist us as we are through the private contact but seriously they could of been a little bit friendly when a simple question was asked. All up, when you needed to contact the private number they were very pleasant. Thank you

Apartment was very clean, views are second to none. Check in process etc was smooth. Highly recommend!

The apartment was very spacious. But very bad in maintenance,very dirty i recommend you get better cleaners and spring clean property. There was no washing detergent for the clothes not even a sponge to wipe a bench. I had my 3rd bed waiting for me with no doona or blanket. Microwave not working. Overall beautiful location magnificent view and stops there.
