The stay was simply wonderful and truly paradise-like. The hotel is absolutely beautiful and truly magical. But what made this trip even more exceptional was the welcome we received from all the staff: always smiling, caring, attentive, and incredibly kind.
A huge thank you to everyone who helped make this stay so unforgettable. We are leaving with wonderful memories, magical moments, and stars in our eyes.

The staff were exceptional and some became friends. The food everywhere was so delicious and high quality. The grounds were impeccable and loved the architecture and layout.
I’d say the bathroom lighting was a little too dark, did not care for the type of “rain” shower head and did not like the pillows at all, my ears hurt every night.

Breakfast was decent, but not great. It's a buffet, though everything is kept behind glass, so instead of serving yourself, you have to ask staff for each item, which slows things down and makes it feel less like a typical buffet experience."
This hotel didn't meet expectations. Compared to properties like Secrets or Meliá Paradisus, the gap in service and food quality was noticeable. The food options in particular were disappointing, easily the weakest part of the stay. Between the service and dining, this isn't a place I'd choose to return to."
