We had a very pleasant stay. The staff, especially at the bar and pool, were excellent. The employees were always cheerful, welcoming, and willing to accommodate a wide range of requests.
The facilities were also very good. The building is new, and the hotel has a more intimate feel, rather than the typical large-resort atmosphere, which I really appreciated.
However, the reception team was quite unprepared and disorganized. On the day of check-in, they changed our room three times, supposedly to offer us an upgrade, but in the end, the room they were offering was actually inferior to the one we had originally booked.
Additionally, the drinks menu is very disappointing. There is only one type of beer and one type of wine available, and the wine is absolutely terrible. There is no availability to purchase other options either. This is simply unacceptable for a hotel of this standard.

The people are great but the service a bit spotty.
The hotel was almost empty and many restaurant opportunities were closed. There were few activities included and many things were not on the ALL inclusive menu.
