I have stayed in many luxury hotels around the world, but I have never experienced anything like this. The level of service is truly exceptional and far beyond my expectations. M'ha agradat molt l'habitació que te sortida a la piscina. El llit i els coixins super comodes.
Es nota que és un hotel nou i li falta rodatge. El personal molt amable però poc eficient. Son molt lents. L'esmorzar poc variat i no massa bo. Va sonar l'alarma d'incendis dues nits per un error segons ell. L'aire acondicionat es va espatllar i van trigar 15 min en venir a l'habitació i reiniciar-lo. Els ATM no funcionaven. Necessiten que el personal estigui més motivat i treballi millor. I a la hora de cobrar, taxes per tot arreu. Acaba sortint molt més car que la reserva. Ojo que et cobren per tot, taxes, propines obligades, etc. I els restaurants del hotel son caríssims.
