Amazing!

Above all the hotel personell, very nice and competent. At breakfast, an amazing crew, from the managers to waiters. Real good friends after all!

A nice place that should check some of its policies and quality measures in place.

Amazing rooftop bar, great Thai Restaurant. Plenty of good staff and an Austrian Head Chef!

Pastries dry at breakfast, they feel the need to add a Chinese Restaurant which may be customer appropriate but is totally out of place in Bangkok. Hotel Pickup offer at 3500THB is an insult to any budget, a High end Taxi from the airport is 1500 a normal Taxi does the job for 700, I get luxury cost more but I believe the times when you can jerk of customers so badly are over and just reflects extremely negative on the Hotel. Make profits but within reason.

Check in, took about 40 minutes and room service had run out of the 3 dishes I tried to order, room was a bit dated but

It was close to where I needed to be

The carpet in the room wasn’t very clean and dated.

Завтрак хороший

Ресторан на крыше непонятный. При высокой цене, кухня прям плохая. Вид шикарный, но все портят толпы туристов, которые приезжают туда автобусами, чтобы сделать фото и уехать. Не совсем понятно соединение таких форматов вместе.

Prijzig, betere in omgeving.

Very large, great rooftop bar and facilities.

Room little outdated, also very anoying flashing smokealert. WiFi didn’t worked in the room.

Lovely hotel in a great location

Loved the size of the rooms. Very clean and comfortable. Amazing views over Bangkok. Lots of choice at breakfast. Staff really polite and friendly.

Not Happy

Nothing - it was overpriced the room was unclean it smelled - we were moved to a smaller room less toilets and less space. We missed out on afternoon tea because of this. We orded our drinks at breakfast 3 times before we finally received them, i ordered eggs never got them.

Everything. The room the service. We are very unhappy with our stay. We have been in Thailand for three weeks and this was the worst place to stay.

the staff went out of their way to make small gestures on my birthday which was incredibly thoughtful. the staff at vertigo bought me out a cake and took photos of me and my friend and the room staff left another dessert and balloons. it made my day all the more special!

Exceptional City Break Holiday

I recently stayed at the Banyan Tree in Bangkok and was thoroughly impressed with my experience. From the moment I arrived, I was blown away by the exceptional service, starting with the on time pick-up from the airport. The room was luxurious and spacious, with top-of-the-line amenities and comfortable furnishings. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The room service was prompt and the food was delicious, making for a truly elevated dining experience. But the highlight of my stay was the rooftop sky bar with its breathtaking views of the city. The bar was well-stocked with premium drinks and the atmosphere was relaxed and sophisticated. The restaurant at the Banyan Tree was also a standout, offering a wide variety of delicious dishes and a welcoming atmosphere. Overall, I would highly recommend the Banyan Tree to anyone looking for a luxurious and unforgettable stay in Bangkok and a memorable city break holiday.

Excellent stay at a central location in Bangkok

Banyan Tree Bangkok is an excellent choice for a stay in Bangkok. The suite we stayed in was exceptional, as was the hotel's service. The daily breakfast selection was top notch and the only meal we ate at the restaurant was also good.

At the check out, the receptionist asked if they should first cancel the original charge on the credit card and charge the whole amount or charge only the difference. The cancellation of the original charge however seems to take some time, so they really should charge the difference without making it a complicated choice for the customers.

Exceptional

as expected it was very fancy but as a solo female 30yo traveller with a big backpack, i felt welcome anyways (the only weird look i got were from other clients not the hotel). the room was very big and of course you get all the comfort you can think of and the view was stunning. the breakfast buffet choice is large. i tried the rooftop and the view was breathtaking. overall 100% , i would recommend to spend 1 night to enjoy some luxury and comfort + the pool and rooftop.

Would return, but would ask for a room below the 58th floor

Stunning rooftop bar, incredible views from the rooms that are on the highest floors.

Sound insulation was not great. We were 58th floor and could hear the restaurant and kitchen that served the rooftop bar

very comfortable beds and pillows, fantastic breakfast, friendly staff

pool was nice but in the shade
