Very friendly staff , mainly french visitors. The staff did speak a little English

staff is excellent. they are wonderful people! very helpful. they seemed to enjoy their jobs. Free parking outside the hotel and decent breakfast.

Room was too small so is the bathroom and the shower. There wasn’t much space other than sleeping.

The hotel provides a shuttle service to reach Megeve downtown (5 minutes far). The breakfast was very various and generous. The staff was kind and available for any need of the customers. The hotel has a SPA and a recreation room included in the room price.

The room was too small for a family of 4 people and the bathroom smelled in the first hours of the morning. Some stuffs in the room need for maintenance. The dinner menu was not so various and it was basic.

Quiet location, free parking in front of the hotel.

Only one chair. A lamp was missing by one of the beds. Low light. Very small space in the shower. Carpet very old, full of stains. Outdated equipment. I definitely do not recommend it for a longer stay.

The dinner served at the hotel was not good at all. Cheep ingredients and tasted like a school kitchen lunch as it did 20 years ago.

Location is really good, staff is extremely friendly and fun! really comfy room. spacious and with balcony. Temperature was perfect, which for a winter holiday is kind of essential :)

Breakfast could be a little better, but it was complete and overall good.
