Perfect for our last minute spring break trip. ~10 minute drive to various beaches. Lots to do in surrounding area. Loved having access to kitchen ( if wanted to cook) and washer/dryer in unit. Quiet environment and clean.

We enjoyed staying here. The place is clean, laundry convenient. Pool is nice. Direct drive to the beaches on Siesta key we love. Close to some restaurants a local CVS and grocery all within 5 min drive. Really appreciated the beach chairs and umbrella available to use. Would stay here again.

Excellent breakfast restaurant across the street (6 Lanes). Location so you could easily travel the local areas of Florida. Close to Venice Beach, 90 minutes to Tampa Airport. Loved Ringley Museum at Lido Beach area. Will be back if schedule permits.

Excellent for our first visit to Sarasota. Small and efficient Condo only 5 minute drive to Siesta Key during the week. Owner was very responsive and accommodating. The property was clean, updated and nicely furnished. The only issue we had while there was the fact that a new roof was put on during our stay resulting in lots of noise and falling debris for several days. This was of course not the fault of or under the control of the rental agency. I would recommend this property also because of its convenient location close to Siesta Key.

Our pool time was awesome. Our condo was adequate, no complaints. Drive to the beach wasn’t too long despite traffic. Wished we would have used Uber to beach since parking was an issue, but otherwise great stay. Grocery store right across the street was convenient.

Wonderful!!
My husband and I were here last year and decided to come back again this year on our honeymoon. This was the first and only place we looked at. The condo was perfect, with everything we needed. Grounds and pool were pristine.
We needed chairs for the beach and brand new ones were delivered to our unit right away.
Our flight was changed so Bea allowed us a later check out which was very helpful.
The only suggestion I can make is to put splatter guard covers in the microwave to keep it clean.
Thanks so much Bea and staff. We’ll be back next year. 😁
