I have chosen the hotel due to proxemity to personal atrangements. The breakfast was also ok.
The quality of the room was lacking for the price paid. It was clean but outdated. The receptionist during check out couldn't be bothered to ask how was our stay.

The hotel breakfast was very nice and the staff did their best to solve challenges we had with the room.
Upon getting to the room, we washed our hands, and as we applied soap, the water turned completely brown. This was apparently due to some issues with the old pipes of the hotel. It did get a bit lighter when running for a while but not clear, as you can see from the photo.
Had this been highlighted upon arriving, it might have been acceptable, but as my wife is pregnant, we did most definitely not feel OK staying in the room.
When we went to first discuss the issue at reception, they brushed us off with "it'll be fixed, don't worry." We had some lunch outside and then returned with a set mind to change out of the hotel into another one.
When we went to discuss with the staff again, I reiterated the issue and said that we would change hotels. At this point, they did offer us a room on the 4* hotel they have attached to the same building.
We accepted that after some debating and the rest of the visit went very well. The rooms on the other side were very nice and rather classy. So, if you are considering this hotel, make sure you grab a room on the "Park" side, not the old side.
