The food was excellent - you can really taste Turkish cuisine, and there was more than enough to choose from.
The hotel area is more spacious than most of the Kemer hotels.
The table tennis area was great spot for our family - good activity for family time.
All the employees were kind and polite. The cleaning ladies were taking out trash every day and they were asking frequently if we need anything to be changed/cleaned etc. The safeguards were cool with kids, taking care of the safety.
The manager at the restaurant was super professional and kind - I don't know his name, but he was visibly there to make sure everything runs smoothly. He was an image of cool and secure man, who knows what he was doing, and he has everything under control.
The music in the cafe next to the beach used to be too loud most of the time. However, we appreciated the fact they switched it to classic music and more quiet at the time of lunch.
But you can't expect to have a quiet time at the beach.
The hooks at the change room at the beach were falling off and nobody fixed it during our stay.
The bathroom ventilation (fan) in our room was making weird/creepy sounds.
A balcony door hadn't been properly installed with holes between doors and the wall, so you have to make sure to put on dark curtains to keep mosquitos out of the room (or do not turn the lights on :)
When we asked to get a packed breakfast due to really early morning flight, we were told it was not possible - quite unusual for this type of hotels.

We had a very enjoyable stay. The hotel offers excellent value for money – a very good balance between price and quality. The staff were friendly, the location was great, and everything we needed for a relaxing holiday was available.
The food is simple rather than gourmet, but there is always a good choice and you certainly won’t go hungry. There are opportunities to have a meal or a snack almost throughout the whole day, which was very convenient.
Overall, we were very happy with our stay and would happily come back.
There was an unpleasant sewage smell in our ground-floor room from time to time. Airing the room helped, but it took quite a while for the smell to disappear.
It would also be much more convenient if beach towels could be exchanged throughout the day. At the moment, towels are available through the spa, and its opening hours are not always convenient when you are spending the day by the pool or on the beach.
These were relatively minor issues and did not spoil our holiday overall.

Some of the staff were helpful and friendly.
It was incredibly noisy and not the relaxing atmosphere I was looking for. Music was being pumped out by the pool/beach and my room was very noisy until late at night because noise was echoing up from the lobby/bar area on one side and blasting music coming from the entertainment the other. The quality of the drinks wasn't good and queues at the bar were big. The food wasnt bad but the restaurant area was chaotic. Pool area was small for a big hotel and couldn't get a lounger.
