Visited April. The staff were all very attentive and accommodating. The facilities were all kept clean and tidy. Understandably it wasnt peak season so I can’t attest for when it is but there were plenty of guests when we were there, with the dining rooms full during meal times but the staff were always on top of things. Also enjoyed the outdoor and indoor pool and also the sauna. Food was great and options aplenty. Very good value for money I think.
The property is showing signs of age here and there. The property is also in a place where there’s really not much to do if you step out of the resort. The city center is walkable but even there there’s nothing much to do but just plenty of shops to go into. It also get’s noisy until very late in the evening because of the entertainment in the hotel lobby and from the event area by the shore, so if you are a light sleeper this place might not be for you.

The staff was great! Special thanks to Miss Çiçek working at lobby bar and Barista gentleman, I think he is called Berkehan :)
The concept with small street food trucks was really nice but the food content should be developed further for vegetarians e.g. there was no veggie burgers e.g maybe it could be made of soy meat.
The beach was very cool, really like that we could use special beach towels!!
There were no food tags about vegetarian, lakto-ovo vegetarian or vegan. You do not know if a dish includes meat or gele for desserts since most of gele is made of animal-based content like ox gelatine.
I also would like to see oat, soya and similar milk options for coffee.

really enjoyed all the different areas available to chill, eat, drink or just head down to beautiful setting by the beach. And the All inclusive is really well done, and worth every cent of total price!
pretty noisy from neighbouring hotels, very loud horrible music most days, and very early morning garbage trucks making lots of noise in outside service lane.

Beds were comfortable. Good Wi-Fi. The nightly shows were good. Generally the staff in the bars were good
Hotel was quite a way from main Kemer. For October sun insufficient sun beds in the sun and have to be up very early to put your towel out. 9am was not early enough. Do not understand why the food trucks were not open in the evening, all closed by 4.30. Had to rely on the buffet or pay the supplement for A La Carte which is not explained in booking. com information. In general the buffet waiting staff were shockingly bad and why can’t the bar in the restaurant serve beer and other drinks but not wine?
