Vynikající kuchyně, personál milý a ochotný. Byli jsme ubytovaní v zrekonstruovaném velkém pokoji.
Mám ráda dobrou kávu a hotelové automaty moc dobrou kávu nedělají. Jinak se nám všechno líbilo.

The resort was beautiful, clean, and offered lots to do for our family of five. The food in the buffet dining room was also some of the best we’ve had at a resort. And the animation team gets five stars.
The beds could be more comfortable, and a kettle or coffee machine in the rooms would have been great.

The ocean location is beautiful
I got sick due to broken aircondition set to max freeze.
When i confronted reception with the broken air condition in my room they laughed in my face and told me "i dont know, maybe open a window or something, do you want a blanket?"
Then they proceeded to try to convince me that this is simply the default setting on all their airconditions and thats how the hotel was built
If you are a couple looking for a 4/10 experience this is an ok hotel.
If you have children it seems like you are going to run a health risk with your child by staying in this hotel.
Bed sheets and towels were sometimes dirty. Buffet and food did not start on time, sometimes 30 minutes late.
Bartender quality varies wildly person by person.
There are other hotels with the same beach, go for them instead
