We have been coming to Robinson Çamyuva for many years and always enjoy our stay. We especially appreciate the relaxed adults-only atmosphere with a pleasant mix of different age groups, the beautiful beach, and the consistently excellent food with plenty of fresh fish, fruit and vegetables.
There is a great variety of sports, wellness and evening entertainment, but without ever feeling pressured to participate. We particularly enjoy having our own space in one of the beach cabanas, which can be booked as extra.
The renovated rooms are also a very nice improvement and show that the club continues to evolve.
There are always small things that could be improved, but nothing we feel is worth highlighting. Overall, Çamyuva remains a special place for us and one we always look forward to returning to.

Так как одна стеклянная бутылка воды была принесена в номер только в первый день и в этот же день выпита нами с мужем, а на пляже не приносят напитки (это точно 5*???), с поисками воды в жару и связаны мои негативные воспоминания об отдыхе в конце июня.
На следующий жаркий день пошли на пляж. Конечно, захотели воды. Муж пошёл за водой в бар на пляже, там бармен отправил мокрого вышедшего из моря мужа в кафе на пляже, где вместе с водой муж выслушал претензии по поводу неподобающего вида, хотя муж уточнил этот момент в баре. Настроение испорчено, но это ещё «цветочки».
После обеда я уже отправилась в поисках воды в бар на пляже, где я видела кулер с водой. Но меня просто выгнали, решив что я не отдыхаю в отеле. Никаких браслетов здесь не надевают на руку. Дальше через минуту меня ещё и охранник хотел выгнать, но хоть спросил номер комнаты и оставил в покое. Мы за такой сервис заплатили?!
В винном ресторане официант, продав вино, больше ни разу не подошел к нашему столу за вечер.
Я подходила на ресепшен со своим возмущением и желанием пообщаться с менеджером. В ответ только услышала, что им жаль. Серьезно??? Без извинений и общения с менеджментом? Мне-то как жаль, что я потратила деньги и время на пребывание в этом отеле…
