The staff was really helpful. They always asked if we were having a good time.
The food was very good. The room was comfortable although there were some flaws (eg. balcony door wasn't closing tightly) probably due to end of the season after the heavy use.
One of the things I liked most was the quite chill ambiance of the hotel unlike the neighbors, which had heavy techno music during the day.
I particularly suggest the place for the people who are planning to focus on swimming, drinking, and eating.
There are not many things for children. There could be a small playground.

Everything is in the hotel you don’t need to go out : restaurant, street food, ice cream shop without any extra charges.
Personal was very kind and thoughtful especially Victoria.
Nothing. But some suggestions : first a gym.
Secondly value for the money is less advantageous if you don’t drink alcohol

We had a lovely five-night stay. The hotel was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful, and there was a good variety of food and drinks. The pool area was enjoyable, and the location was convenient for exploring Kemer. Overall, we felt very welcome and had a relaxing holiday.
There was nothing significant that we disliked. At busier times, some areas could feel a little crowded, but this did not affect our overall experience.

The hotel was nice, even tho they didn’t put us in the main building, but in the annex, which was very dirty and much worse than the rest. Overall, the surroundings of the hotel, such as the garden, were nice.
Don’t come during the winter season. All of the amenities shown in their pictures, such as the beach, the food areas outside or the breakfast buffet were non existent.
The building they put us in was very dirty and without a front door. The room was like in the pictures, but the bathroom was very dirty, with no ventilation, so it was smelling horrible. The door of the balcony was not closing completely, so it was very cold during the night.
