Our room was nice with a sea view. The room was cleaned every day. Food was exceptionally great, as during the previous stay. Good variety of different activities - we tried volleyball, tennis, table tennis, archery, aqua aerobics, etc.

This resort exceeded every expectation. We traveled with young children and it is hands down one of the most family-friendly places we’ve ever been. They’d thought of everything, right down to kid-sized tables in the dining areas. The Aqua Park was a massive hit and there were activities all day, so no one was ever bored. Food was outstanding, loads of variety. Every single day was delicious. Our swim-up room was stunning and being able to step straight into the pool felt like pure luxury. Truly unforgettable. We’re already talking about coming back.Highly recommend.

The beach was clean, and to my surprise, we always had access to sunbeds despite the huge number of guests at the hotel. Our room had a pleasant view, and it was cleaned every day by the housekeeping staff. The main restaurant exceeded my expectations, offering a wide variety of dishes, including both European and Slavic cuisine. Everything was delicious.
My girlfriend said that the paid services, such as the photoshoot and massage, are overrated and overpriced for the quality you get. For me, it was fine.

- Staff is very friendly
- Main pool is nice and not overcrowded
- very few staff members speak English. 100% of the guests are RUS/UKR and Turkish. You'd better know the Russian language if you go there;
- "all included" does not really work in the main restaraunt. You will have to chase and ask personnel all the time to re-fill your glass and they are very slow at it. But at the same time they are too fast cleaning up the table for no reason every time you leave the table to grab more food;
- Room has sewer smell to it. Ventilating it for some time did not help so we had to accept the poopy smell at our entrance;
- Room was somewhat shabby. One of the door openers fell off all the time and I had to fix it several times a day;
- "Cherry on the top of the cake" was that the lock at our room door got blocked right when we had to check-out. It took 45 minutes to get the door open and our taxi left so we had to order another one and were almost late for our flight;
- Please, pay attention that the beach is not SAND but rocks so it is not pleasant to walk into the sea;
- Big variety of food but everything tastes the same;
- We got our beach ball stolen and a hat at the hotel;
- A general comment about Turkey and that area: I came to Kemer again this time after 12 years since my previous visit. No new infrastucture, no new developments, all is the same but more population in Antalya - so bad traffic, jams etc - consider this when travelling to the airport or the city and back. On the way back to the airport from Kemer to Antalya it took us 2 hours to get there. TURKEY is perhaps just not my country.
