The location was great, staff friendly and helpful, 24hr reception desk
The hotel has a policy in which they do not clean your rooms unless you ask for cleaning services. The thing is, we asked for our room to be cleaned once during our 4 night stay and it turns out they just left us some clean towels and possibly swiped the floors. Our bin was full and yet it wasn’t emptied and overall the room didn’t look cleaner.

Location was great. Close to the train station and easy walking distance to all the sights. Checking in online was also a time saver. Was clean and shower was good. Could buy drinks and snacks at the bar when returned after a long day out. The foyer is nicely furnished with plenty of seating. Staff were helpful.
Room is small. You do get what you pay for but could have used a luggage rack or shelf.
