Everything listed on Booking.com was as described. Late checkout until 2pm was honoured, the staff spoke good English, and they kindly provided a free airport shuttle. The room and bed were comfortable, and the bathroom was fully equipped with all the amenities you'd expect.
There were no bath mats anywhere, not by the shower, the sink or outside the bathroom. Some towels and sheets had a slightly damp smell. Breakfast was quite limited and basic, and it would be helpful to offer halal-certified options for Muslim guests.

The room is very spacious and clean though getting a bit old. Have stayed there at different times when needed to be near the airport for early flight. Staff are nice.
They offer smart tv but then they don't give wifi on the tv so can't watch Netflix Utube or any apps. Only have cable tv which shows a lot of Thai channels, not interesting for non Thai speakers and only show very very old English movies.

Staff were very friendly
We did not get our transfer from the airport no one sent us the email with details. Also no lift and we had to drag golf clubs up 3 floors.
