Excellent hotel with very clean facilities and outstanding service. A special thanks to Ingin, who truly goes above and beyond to take care of guests and ensure they have a pleasant stay. His professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care for customers made a real difference. Highly recommended, and I would gladly stay here again.
Sometimes the card didn't workThe only minor issue I experienced was that the room key card occasionally did not work properly, which was a bit inconvenient. However, this did not significantly affect my overall stay.

Location
Drain smell,not great cleaning,aged,no socket in the bath hair drier,hair drier not working .No way it’s 5 star right now.Price at booking.com different from what I was charged
