We had a great stay at the Sheraton Istanbul Esenyurt. The room was cozy and had everything we needed. The staff were friendly especially the guest relations manager. She greeted us every day with a big smile and made us feel right at home. And the food was exceptional. We enjoyed it so much!

It is the only hotel near to my apartment
I recently stayed at the Sheraton Esenyurt and unfortunately my experience was very disappointing.
First of all, there was no mirror in the room. When I called and asked for one, and asked why a hotel room wouldn’t have a mirror, they told me that “my booking doesn’t include a mirror.” I honestly don’t understand how a hotel room can come without a basic item like a mirror, except for the one inside the bathroom. This was very inconvenient.
Secondly, I requested an extension for one more night and specifically asked to stay in the same room. The man at the reception was extremely rude, unprofessional, and had a very bad attitude. He refused to let me stay in the same room for just one night, and while I was speaking to him he suddenly ended the call on me. When I asked for his name, he hung up the phone in my face. This behavior is completely unacceptable from a hotel under the Sheraton brand.
However, I would like to thank the Guest Relations Manager, Ms. Bus (B.U.S), who sincerely apologized and handled my complaint professionally.
I also want to thank Hussein from the bellman team for his help and kindness.
And finally, my thanks to Erdem, who I believe is one of the managers, for trying to apologize on behalf of the receptionist with the bad attitude whose name I was never given. His professionalism was appreciated.
