The location is so convenient , next to tram , shops and restaurants . staff are very friendly and very helpful , you feel you are home . Breakfast is tasty .
Clean rooms . Thank you to Sema , she made sure that we have a comfortable stay . My third time staying in this hotel. Will come again.

Good location, clean beds, clean bathroom.
Price was low - that is the only reason I rated hotel OK - it is fair deal for the price paid.
Staff was nice, but their english was very poor - some of them didn't speak english at all.
Breakfast was really bad - not enough choice. At 10AM they started to clean the dinning room - so if you came to breakfast in the last minute, you had nothing to choose.
Minibar was not filled, so when we drank water, we couldn't get more.
