The room feels cozy and has a nice view. The shower works well and the AC too.
Hard to get additional coffee for breakfast. Windows are heavy to handle and not in good shape (not sealing sounds effectively).

It was in a central area close to everything (Galata Tower) within walking distance. You could get to the bridge with a short walk. Staff was super friendly and the room were as expected. The beds were good.
The hotel is a bit older that I expected. Staff was very friendly but didn't really speak English at all. The internet, and therefore the T.V. did not work during our entire three day stay. They said it was a city thing that affected everyone, but it was still annoying and we ended up having to pay extra money for internet from a mobile service provider. The other thing was that it was at the very top of a pretty steep hill so that was less than ideal, but not really the hotels fault in itself.

Location was difficult to find at first, but convenient and close to tram and interesting shops and restaurants. The room was quiet and pleasant. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was big and had a couch and comfortable bed.
The 'kitchenette' was missing basic cutlery and dishes, and the bathroom was tiny.
