The location was great and staff were friendly. The overall property was very nicely done up and you could tell it was newly renovated.

The rooms exceeded my expectations - they looked exactly as pictured, were very clean and beautifully made up. The bathroom was the best I've seen in Turkey. The staff was friendly and spoke both English and Russian without any issues. I thought that on the whole, value for money was incredible .Would highly recommend for those seeking to stay in Galata!
A few things I did not enjoy - to be fair, these are pretty minor issues.
- No heavy duvets (light throws only) - which is apparently the cultural norm in Turkey, but is quite unpleasant for international travelers who are cold sleepers.
- Galata on the whole is extremely touristy and busy. Wouldn't stay in the neighborhood again. Very steep hills all around. That's just a personal preference though.
- The lobby and elevator were ok, while the rooms are very curated, the first floor was meh.
- Since the hotel is so new, the roof terrace was still closed as of August 2026.

Great location and clean rooms
When we checked in the water in our room wasn’t working. It took a few hours to resolve. The same thing happened on our second night. We came back to the hotel before dinner to freshen up, and again we have no running water. I believe all the rooms had no water. Again it too a few hours to resolve
