Bad smell of smoking everywhere, dark room,noisy room,awful breakfast, rude staff,dirty swimming pool, this is not a 5 star hotel, atleast 3

The water in the swimming pool indoor was not clean, the underground parking was not clean, at breakfast there were no glass or cups, only cardboard cups, the hotel is good but not well maintained.

Big room, comfortable beds, nice facilities, but everything is really outdated. The hotel needs a renovation.

Staff at the reception not helpful at all, it doesn’t look like 5 star hotel, the rooms and showers are worse then bed and breakfast.

Everything is amazing. All of the pools are clean. The staff is really friendly. You can change money at the front desk. i would totally recommend it.

so far nothing

the hotel is located in the neighborhood where you can’t go for a walk because there is nothing around. the building and rooms are very old with a lot of damages and dirty windows and furniture. Food - we used only breakfast, which was very shy, you don’t even get a fruit

We know this hotel well enough that we knew what we were expecting as we used to live local for over 20 years and wanted to come back to see fiends and have a short few days away from the hustle and bustle of Istanbul. I must admit the hotel has not change cosmetically in those 20 years and I would no way categorise this hotel as a 5 start. Breakfast was very poor. Cooked breakfast was sausages and wedges with scramble soggy egg. The second day those wedges had obviously been friend again as was rock hard and extremely oily looking. The pool bar had great food and lots of options to chose and pay for. The beach and pools are great but the pool side changing rooms are absolutely awful. We knew this hotel so willingly chose it for location only but if you’re looking for a 5 star hotel then this is not a good option.

Clean, daily linen change, sweeping and dusting. We don't do that often at home. The pools are beautiful, towels, sunbeds, tents enough. The beach is literally 10 steps from the hotel, clean, sandy, shallow.

The breakfast is plentiful, but monotonous. There are no terraces in the rooms, which is understandable because of the strong wind that blows constantly. But there is no possibility to dry clothes, bathing suits. I suggest they install minimal room dryers. No internet, only in the lobby and incredibly weak.

Great pools and lot of space, sea is not too clean, but its OK. Staff on the pools are very usefull, great breakfast, a lot of food.

Maybe little bit more staff who know to speak english language. And games for kids in hall to make effort and repair broken...table tenis, bideo games ecc...

pool and beach

hotel stuff is very very old. bath and shower were so bad and not comfortable. bed is no comfortable as well. hotel is like 3 stars. The hotel definitely does not deserve 5 stars. internet access cannot be used.
