Super location, friendly helpful staff, really good breakfast. Very welcoming hotel....really interesting building.
Slight external noise from people on footpath below, v slight occasional mechanical noise from aircon in room. Neither were a problem at all!

The lift didn't work when we arrived (due to the heat).

Overpriced. Also I changed my mind almost immediately about the booking and contacted the hotel directly - but they were unmoved. Therefore low rating.
