Don’t come to the country let alone the hotel

Relatively close to the airport, spacious room

Bad view from the window, overpriced for the quality as everything in Bulgaria, the power outlets give some slow electricity, takes forever to even charge the phone, employees smoke in the restaurant downstairs, unacceptable

the bed was very comfortable

the restaurant wasn’t serving food, there was a kettle but no crockery or cutlery .

Quiet comfortable hotel. Cleaning every day. Responsive and polite staff. Everything is within walking distance. If I go skiing again, I will definitely choose this hotel.

There are no bad impressions.

very cold in the room …. Air conditioner didn't help much…(( shower is little bit broken . but had no problem with warm water.

I arrived at the hotel around 12:30 am. Although I had a reservation i found the front door locked and no one at the reception. I knocked on the door and ring doorbell for over 40 minutes, but no one showed up!!!. I was about to leave when a car pulled up at hotel parking. It was a relative to the owner and he let me in and called someone, apparently (I learned later) the manager of the hotel and the wife of the owner. On my question why no one was at the desk, she answered that she got tired of waiting for me, and I should have call the number they left by the front door. Well, how can I call the number, if my phone is out of range (USA), not mention it's battery just died!!!! To them it was all my fault for being late and not been able to call. She didn't see anything abnormal of that a customer with a reservation is left outside in the middle of night. She didn't offer any apology, on the contrary! The next morning I wanted to complain to the owner about all of this, but surprise, surprise! He approached me first wanting apology from me!!! My jaw dropped to the floor! He, the owner, wanted me to apologize, instead to offer one to me!!! At first I couldn't believe what I was hearing, but it's true. He was even more rude and uncaring than his wife!!!

The location was good.

The rooms and bathrooms need renovation . The room was smelling like cigarette smoke and there was someone’s T-shirt on top of the shelf.

staff smoked inside the restaurant and the whole hallway smelled of cigarettes. was promised a toilet roll and it never arrived.
