The location is amazing!
In the middle of everything!
Food options all around the vicinity, with McDonald's a minute away, other Eatries with different cuisines right in front, Currency Exchanges, Shops, Mall, Market, Lounges, Live Music, a bustling street that stays awake practically all day and night, etc. Just real good.
All these, and yet the Hotel is in a kind of secluded place that when you get into the Hotel, it's all serene, quiet and peace.
My room was clean, modern, quite spacious with a comfortable bed, small refrigerator, telly with good channel options, good air-conditioning, kettle with tea/ coffee items, and the toilet facility was okay with good water pressure at the 10th floor where I was.
The breakfast was simply amazing. Food was fresh and tasted homemade with a good variety of options and the setting was quite clean and comfortable. Had to get compliments across to the Guys that handled breakfast.
The 7th Floor Rooftop Bar with a pool though small, is convenient for purpose I guess.
I sadly didn't have the opportunity to check out the Japanese Restaurant at the Rooftop.
The policy of allowing me pay a fraction at about 1,500 Baht I believe, for a late 6pm check out as my flight was about 10pm in the night was also much appreciated.
I can't fail to mention the concierge service.
The Guys waiting at the entrance to take my luggage from the car were very welcoming, gracious and helpful.
They helped in sorting out change for an Uber driver paid by cash when it became an issue. They also assisted in booking uber rides to the appropriate places and offering umbrellas to protect from the sun when leaving the Hotel on hot afternoons.
This, coupled with the chap that took my luggage to my room that got into the room and made sure I was comfortable with everything in the room before taking his leave, all made me feel quite welcome.
Not much but I guess one could always ask for better coordination and communication at the Front Desk. I had informed them as I was checking in, that I'd like to have a late check out due to my flight out being late in the day, and it was explained to me that I could pay for that.
I was surprised there was no record of my request when I casually made enquiries to confirm my delayed check out on the day.
I apparently had to pay for the service before it'd be documented
Smooth experience thereafter though.

Breakfast so so only. Staffs at front door are superb.
It's just a normal hotel, nothing fancy.
