The staff was extremely helpful and attentive. They were very accomodating of our requests and asks for support. They even helped us arrange a hired ride (whose driver was excellent at navigating and maneuvering the winding mountain roads of chiang mai).
The rooms were very simple but well-kept and all the linens smelled quitte clean and fresh.
The price really cannot be beat! The location made it so convenient for us to walk to the Old Town (<5mins), convenience stores, boutiques, money changers and a famous little roti stall.
The rooms were a little dimly lit.

The staff is young, super friendly and polite.
The position is perfect exactly 2 mins walking from Tha Phae Gate. Despite the central position in the old town there is the possibility to park for free in the private hotel space or in a public park nearby.

the location of the hotel is great, couple minutes walk to the old town.
we were a group of 5, there was only 2 sunloungers by the pool which was disappointing and no lift in the hotel, not great when our rooms were on the 4th floor!
