Fabulous location. Easy to walk to almost all the sights. Very cool hotel. Well designed and so much to offer. Love all the areas you can go to relax, study or eat your own food.
Food was a bit on the pricey side.

The location was fab for a night out in the city. Self Service check in and check out made that quick and easy. Rooms a good size. Bed was very comfy! Love the cool lights and how the whole room works from an Ipad.
One lift from reception. One was out of order. The working one was either full or going up and down for a good few minutes before it actually reached the reception floor. For a very large hotel, all lifts should be working.

Large comfy bed and lots of space in the room. Enough space for large suitcases and there was hanging space. Common areas are clean and inviting. The hotel always smelt good. Perfect location for city centre and transport links. Perfectly quiet in the room even after the football.
You need to order room cleaning the previous day on the app. If you have to speak to a member for staff you wait a long time as the receptionist is working alone. Only one lift was working during our stay so waits were quite long.

This is a very modern hotel with great shared spaces, and is conveniently located in downtown.
We have stayed at CitizenM in other cities. We knew this was going to be a compact space. But the ventilation in this hotel was terrible. It is an intentionally green building which relies on passive heating and cooling. The windows do not open. Unfortunately, in this building it simply did not work. The airflow was terrible and we had to request a fan to stay comfortable.
