love the location been many times before and it really is so conveniently located for skiing.The hotel is under new ownership since our last visit and we were very pleased that it has retained its character whilst being upgraded and very well run, and staff were exceptional. The ski shop is the best ever visited anywhere, so helpful with friendly and very knowledgeable service.

wine list is quite expensive ( this is Courchevel! ) but a few entry level choices say some house wines would be welcome

The location is unbeatable. The Staff - in particular Mario the shuttle driver and the restaurant staff (who dealt with one of my very fussy daughters) - were, simply, exceptional. I could not fault the service - it was first rate!

Prices in Courchevel (not just the Courchneige) are very expensive for Brits!

We have stayed in the Courcheneige many times over the years and always enjoyed our stays and found the staff very helpful.

We had to cancel our stay at the Courcheneige at the beginning of Feb because my husband failed the pre flight Covid test. As our payment of £2,300 to the hotel was non refundable we made an insurance claim. Our Insurance Company requires an invoice from the hotel to confirm the payment wasn’t refunded. 4 weeks have now passed and despite numerous phone calls and emails from both us and Booking.com the Courcheneige still hasn’t sent us the invoice. Given the straightforward nature of our request, I am at loss to understand why the hotel won’t send it to us.

The breakfast was continental, delicious, had everything you needed.

Breakfast buffet was varied, fresh and well presented.

Dinner menus were thoughtfully generated, but the seasoning of the dishes was somehow lackluster. On the other hand, the dessert bar was extraordinary.
