Great place!

Location is far away from the airport, but if you use airport limousine it will stop at hotel in an hour!

Beach and pool facilities/amenities were sorely lacking. Pools closed down on beach.
Extra costs for beach activities.
Lack of/slow drink and food service at pool and beach
No restrooms near pool area
Staff was polite but did not explain or highlight services and amenities- we had to search and figure out many things on our own, even though we were club level guests.

Kids had a lot of fun at the ocean park (you have to pay ~30usd per person per day, tough). Staff was very king in general.
It is very difficult to go outside the hotel, because location is a bit remote. Then you have to rely on the hotel 100%. It is very expensive in general. Drinks, food, etc. For breakfast, everyday we had to wait 1 hour (unacceptable). Rooms are not what you see in the pictures. Lower quality overall. In general I do not write reviews, but in this case I thought it would be helpful for other visitors.
