.The room was nice and clean and on the 9th floor with great view.We really liked daily maid service.Every staff person was friendly and greeted us with a smile.We came in late and were greeted with a sit down drink and check in which was a nice touch.The club lounge was fantastic and we enjoyed many meals there.I have to reiterate how wonderful every staff member was!
I felt that the hotel itself could use some updating.The dingy linoleum hallway leading to our room with visibly patched walls was concerning.

The view was breathtaking!
- Staff did help me change my room due to noise complaints. Unfortunately we stayed there at the same time as a school group - the students were very loud.
- parents are unable to supervise children from the side of the pool. Parents actually had to get into pool with children.
- the inflatable - it is not included in the cost of the hotel! Approx $40 AUD pp / day. Rip off.
- Each room only had two single beds. Each extra bed you request is an extra approx $80 AUS per bed / day. Rip off.
- Only one food option! I think there may have been 3 restaurants in the hotel - but I only ever saw 1 open. Also approx $50 AUD for a buger there. Rip off.
- No soundproofing - you will need to book on the absolute top floor otherwise you just hear people stomping around.
- Stayed there at the same time as a school group. This meant that they used all the hotel facilities, e.g., we were unable to purchase any activities provided by the hotel like fishing trips as all their resources were given to the school group. Check you are not staying there at the same time as a school group.

Kids had a lot of fun at the ocean park (you have to pay ~30usd per person per day, tough). Staff was very king in general.
It is very difficult to go outside the hotel, because location is a bit remote. Then you have to rely on the hotel 100%. It is very expensive in general. Drinks, food, etc. For breakfast, everyday we had to wait 1 hour (unacceptable). Rooms are not what you see in the pictures. Lower quality overall. In general I do not write reviews, but in this case I thought it would be helpful for other visitors.
