Didn’t have breakfast but it looked good for the money. The young women on the reception desk were really welcoming and helpful.
I would have liked a kettle in the room but it is a budget hotel and you can make you hot drink at the breakfast room.

Bedroom was quiet.
Really budget, not even a kettle in the room. 24/7 coffee and tea available in the reception area - instant coffee, and tea bags. They would literally turn off the actual coffee machine outside of breakfast hours...

Not a good selection
Better selection of food for breakfast maybe.
The young red head at the desk was not approachable at all, she was rude to a couple that was in front of us that couldn’t speak very good English, she rolled her eyes at them for not understanding. Then was rude to my friend and I that asked about breakfast we didn’t know that there wasn’t much food left and got charged anyways so we paid £17 for cereal and a muffin.

Relatively clean room. Nice shower.
The cleanliness of the complementary coffee machine and surrounding area needs desperate improving. It was constantly dirty- even during evening hours where there were no one in die dining area.
Breakfast was utter chaos. The staff didn't replenish the items fast enough, leaving many people wondering when fresh items will arrive. Staff clearing the breakfast area wasn't at all friendly. They seemed very irritated with the amount of work they had to do during breakfast rush hour.
