Location and breakfast spread.
Exhaust fans in all 4 bathrooms were not working. One of the suit room 226/228 were quite small compared to the other room 218/220.
Extra bed was extremely dirty.
ACs in dinning area were either dripping or kept switched off by staffs. Reception were understaffed all times.

The reception counter wasn't visible from the entrance. It should have been made more visible
