fantastic location and for the price fantastic hotel. The family room is absolutely fine for 2 adults and 2 kids. the Sentosa train stops right before the hotel, makes it convenient to get to VivoCity and from there to the city.

The rooms were super spacious by Singapore standards for a family, the location was great. Free morning yoga was amazing and most of the staff were fantastic.
I think we encountered someone having a bad day when we checked in and we’d just gotten off an overnight flight so arrived early and were treated like a bit of a nuisance. Everyone else we dealt with were amazing though!!

Location of the property was good.
The cleaning was not done till late in the afternoon or evening. The AC in our room had condensation issue and we were told to make the temperature higher but that made the room warm and unable to sleep for us.
