Located within walking distance to the main attractions, with the tram station just close by.
Renovations in the hotel went on from before 9am to 10pm - although we were told the noise would only start at 10am and stop at 7.30pm. Finally the sympathetic duty mgr moved us to rooms in another RWS hotel - thank you, Ian! You made our day!

Excellent location, very convenient for all the Sentosa attractions. We also really appreciated the room upgrade, which made our stay even more enjoyable.
Breakfast was very crowded. Guests from several hotels seemed to be using the same breakfast area, which resulted in long queues just to get in.

Location .
The room for 3 did not have space for an extra bed ! And it was chargeable at 100S$ per night which I felt was exorbitant !

Michael is very good located with a close proximity to the Universal Park and the Monorail Station to the Vivo Mall.
During our Stay there was Construction which was not mentioned prior on booking.com. We only got the notice during check in. Construction was announced between 10:00AM and 7:30PM. Unfortunately the contruction sometimes started as soon as 08:45AM and lasted until 21:45PM
