Nice hotel but will be cancelling future bookings with them due to double charging on credit card

Clean rooms, friendly check in staff,

They seem to have a reputation for double charging hotel stays. When I was checking in, a gentleman was disputing a double charge on his credit card from the hotel. Also read the reviews on this hotel and it seems to be a re occurring event. I was nervous so I’ve been checking my credit card statement and sure enough, they have double charged my booking for the initial pay when booking and another one after your stay. This is a known historical event and yet it is still regularly occurring. Why have the hotel not corrected this re occurring error?

スタッフの笑顔や対応力が本当に素晴らしい。レセプションスタッフやコンシェルジュ、ベルボーイの方もすごく親切でした。リッチも徒歩圏内で駅も商業施設もマッサージもコンビニもなんでもありこまりません。

Helpful staff, able to go some places but the more temple/traditional stuff is further away.

The staff were lovely. It was cleaned. Not too noisy.

Cold pool, not heated in afternoon/night.

Worth it , if you get a decent price

unremarkable hotel

hotel is located in the city center, there are many cafes and restaurants nearby, there is a pool that we didn't swim in, the room was cleaned every day

New Year prices were twice as expensive as usual, no view from the window, very small rooms

Хорошо остановиться максимум на одну или две ночи. А так - не рекомендую.

Месторасположение хорошее, большой номер

Гостиница явно нуждается в ремонте. Даже постельное бельё было с заплатками. В номере прибрано еле-еле. Руфтоп - вообще отдельная история, неприветливый персонал на крыше ( был хамский парень из обслуживающего персонала, я забыл уточнить его имя к сожалению ) мелкий бассейн с водой, которую хорошо бы заменить. Абсурдные высокие для Бангкока цены на коктейли в баре на крыше, как в отеле 5 звёзд.

Excellent location for Bangkok stay - super comfortable beds

Another wonderful stay at PP Soi 18. A regular guest when travelling in and through Bangkok, I love the location, and the friendly greeting on arrival. This is a very comfortable hotel to stay in - with wonderful beds and crisp but soft white bed linen. The staff are excellent - and the service I experience at this hotel is well above it's official star rating. I will be back again and look forward to it. Location is perfect - with quick walking access to services, shopping (Terminal 21, Robinsons), transport (MRT and BTS), restaurants (P Kitchen and Esaan Nation - I recommend for Thai restaurants) and of course a 7/11, and a 24 hour fruit shop at the corner of Soi 18 and Sukhumvit that has fruit trays or can make up a delicious fruit shake in a couple of minutes.

A two night stay is not long enough :-)

Immer wieder gerne

Wir waren nun zum 4ten Mal hier. Freundliches Personal, ruhige und verkehrsgünstige Lage (2 Gehminuten zur Skytrain Station Asok und 4 Minuten bis zum Shoppingcenter Terminal 21). Das Frühstück ist sehr gut, auch die Auswahl lässt kaum Wünsche offen (leider gibt es die Pancake Maschine nicht mehr, die war super). von 17-20 Uhr ist die Happy Hour an der Pool Bar zu empfehlen (hervorragender Mojito). Die Betten sind super.

So langsam aber sicher dürften die Teppichböden mal ersetzt werden (bitte nicht wieder durch Teppichböden). An manchen Orten im Gang löst sich die Tapete, ist aber nicht tragisch, wenn der Rest stimmt. Dieses Mal hatten wir leider ein recht kleines Zimmer (404)- wenn wir reklamiert hätten, hätten wir vielleicht ein anderes bekommen. Haben wir aber nicht, waren eh nur zum Schlafen auf dem Zimmer.

It was acceptable apart from the service at the end

Room was clean and surrounding were quiet

The complimentary bottled water in the room says “complimentary for Radisson members” while the payable water in the fridge is unlabelled. We consumed the water in the fridge believing that was the complimentary water provided by the hotel. Only upon checking out post our 10 nights stay with this hotel, we realised that we have been billed for all the bottled water in the fridge. The message on the labels were misleading and there were no receipts provided throughout our stay to suggest that we had consume items from the mini bar. We asked to waive the charges at checkout since we had not consumed any complimentary water throughout our stay but was turned down flatly by the staff. This is not the way to treat your guest of 10 nights - when you have misleading messages, we expect you to have at least some kind of resolution and not have your guest shoulder the full responsibility.

You need to review your check in procedure, it's wrong

On a previous visit I warned the check in person about blocking money on my credit card as a deposit. This past trip they did it AGAIN! They didn't even tell me. This is disgraceful! Last time I stay here

loved my stay here. Staff is super friendly, location is great close to skytrain but still in a quiet street away from the main road. breakfast was good and pool was good plus nice deck. Beds and room were comfy.

The hotel was generally good and the staff were very nice.

The location is not far away from major malls in Bangkok. I also like the breakfast and the staff service.

(1) The room service was bad. They came late and did not come when I asked for the service. They had no respect for the sign of privacy at the front door. They simply knocked on the door when the sign said "do not distribute". (2) There are some mosquitos at the hotel, especially where breakfast is served, that is, on the second floor. (3) I had to leave 12 hours before the time of checkout date and the hotel refused to return the money I paid for the breakfast and their "nonsense reason" was it was "a special offer". I did not like it because they should have told me this information when I arrived at the hotel.
