The staff are very hospitable, the property is nice, and its location is convenient, close to the temple.
The property is good, but it doesn't quite meet 5-star standards. The rooms are quite expensive, and the breakfast could be better.

Nice big rooms. Clean.
The first room given to us had a faulty shower. But when it could not be fixed, we were immediately allotted another room.

Beautiful resort. Great amenities. Wonderful staff, met at the door with a refreshing drink and a necklace. The breakfast buffet at the restaurant was great with a large selection and the restaurant staff was attentive and friendly. The spa and pool were beautiful, as were the grounds.
We didn't like that we only stayed for 2 nights!

Designed ok. Staff at spa and reception mostly good. Staff at restaurant excellent.
Terrible housekeeping.
Not great service recovery in the beginning with manager coming to meet in middle of my meal. Later it was done well before I left though
