Room was okay but the pillow was extremly small, bathroom was not the best but it looked clean enought

It was close to the train station. It was cheaper than a boutique hotel. It was clean. The room had a high ceiling, a big window, good bathroom, and was more spacious than Ibis hotel rooms. Staff was very nice. The room would be good for a family. Good value for the money.
Well,we are 80 years old and love a pretty boutique hotel, but for one night this worked fine.

Everything was good, but I wished the lights in my room and the corridors were lighter and not so dimmed.

Location was excellent. Very convenient for train station and city with good amenities eg supermarket, restaurant bus/train connection. Room was clean and beds very comfy. Bar area and games in the evening were very nice. The singer/guitarist on Sunday 23 August was excellent. Fantastic singer and created the perfect amount of atmosphere.
Breakfast was chaotic. Few seats available, food often ran out and gad to wait for it to be replaced, lack of skates, bowls, cutlery. Huge queue for coffee. Very loud. Selection of good was basic. Mostly bread, cheese, meat and cereal/yogurt.
