Amazing location. Right in the heart of the town. 30 second walk to an ancient relic and 4 minute walk to the main square. But somehow at night it was quiet and peaceful for sleep even though in thr heart of the action. Host was super attentive and it even had a small garage for our car rental. A small patio off the shared kitchen was nice for morning coffee overlooking rooftops.
3 story climb up. While it was no problem for us, others could struggle. This was thr only downside but we would stay there again for sure!!

I thought the location was perfect, as it was within walking distance to most of Trieste's attractions. The room was comfortable, bathroom amenities were clean and everything was in working condition. I appreciated breakfast in the mornings in the shared kitchen space as well. Thank you so much to Davide for being so kind and friendly, he really helped with advice on what to see and do in the city (perfect for if you are in Trieste for the first time as I was). For condition of the room and location of the b&b i felt the price was reasonable and affordable.

B&B Julia is a fantastic choice in Trieste. The hosts are great and very helpful. The location is perfect for seeing the city on foot and serves as an excellent hub for visiting nearby cities like Venice or Ljubljana. Having access to a garage was a lifesaver for our car. Don’t miss the breakfast.. The coffee is top-notch! We would definitely stay here again.

Free parking place, good location, comfy bed
Odor from bathroom, noisy street in the night, breakfast not worthy the price, the owner make you once 1 tost or 3 tosts, you never know what to expect. Once he made 1 dry tost and gone, thats it. You have to join 1 small table with other guests
