Cool and quiet townhouse property with a secluded yard and pool area. Friendly and helpful management. Easily walk to everything in the village and well located for cycling adventures.

Car parking in many Mallorcan villages is a bunfight. This was no different though the owners have their secret spots to help you out.

I stayed here for three nights during a short trip and loved the hospitality, the interior and the courtyard spaces of this small inn. Ricky and Andrea were warm hosts who were responsive at all times and helpful with recommendations. Breakfast was wonderful on the outside patio. The pool and garden areas were a wonderful respite to enjoy a beer or wine from the "honesty bar" set up in the common areas. as a bonus, this is a great cycling tour property both for its amenities and the location in Alaro at the base of the Tramuntana mountain range - I was able to store my bike in the garage that included bike racks and tune up tools. It all came together on my last day in Alaro when I finished a great 2 hour cycle trip through the mountains with a swim in the pool.

Parking was a challenge - but this is an Alaro issue - as only ~ 1/10 inns have parking. so it wasn;t anything that Ricky and Andrea could fix - its just an issue you need to manage if coming to stay with a rental car.

Nice location, good views from room, terrific hosts, 'secret garden' with sun (& shade) most of the day. Good location for outdoor activities if that's your thing. Plenty of information / advice from hosts if you need it.

Hire a (physically) small car - some of the roads/corners/parking are a bit snug - not a problem though.

Ricky & Andrea were exceptionally kind, friendly, welcoming and helpful hosts.

Parking at the hotel was at times challenging & there was some noise from the street outside.

We really enjoyed our stay. Loved the outdoor patio, yard and pool. Great to rest sore legs after a day of cycling.

Only problem was use of scented potpourri in common space and product producings scent in the room. I am sensitive to strong artificial scents and it was a little overpowering.

Breakfast was good. Beds were Extremely comfortable and the bedlinen was beautiful. Aircon was quiet. Small hotel, boutique style and beautifully furnished. Honesty bar was a nice touch. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Lovely pool. Highly recommended.

Parking is not the easiest as there is no dedicated space and the village has lots of narrow streets to negotiate.
